The Encore was designed by Portland-based BOORA Architects, Inc., previously partnering with HOYT Street Properties on The Metropolitan project. BOORA's design for The Encore achieves a masterful balance of superior functionality, creative possibility, and an exploration of environment. The Encore has a distinctive aesthetic that makes it entirely unique; impressions of the adjacent park and river are incorporated into facets of the building's iconic curve-shaped design.
